Anjelica is a licensed acupuncturist (LAc.), yoga instructor, and birth doula. She received her Master’s in Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She has over 500 hours of clinical experience as an acupuncturist and has helped hundreds of patients. She has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to reproductive health, orthopedic pain management, mental health, insomnia, and digestive issues. Her diverse clinical experiences have informed her to be an inclusive and informed provider. With an extensive background in trauma-informed care, her treatments are always adapted to the needs of each unique patient presentation. She has experience providing acupuncture at hospitals (orthopedic and obstetric floors), integrative care centers, and sports medicine clinics.

Anjelica believes in the art of holding safe and welcoming spaces for collective and synergistic healing. She strongly believes that “prevention is better than cure” and that maintaining and optimizing a person’s health through lifestyle, diet modifications, and acupuncture treatments is the best way to prevent most health issues. Recent Scandia resident Laura Libby has been a dancer, teacher, healer and merrymaker for the last 30 years. Receiving her 600-hour certification from Center Point School of Massage Therapy in 1997, Laura’s specialties include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish, prenatal and relaxation massage. She finds her diverse experience as a professional dancer, group fitness instructor and massage therapist gives her a unique sense of intuition and understanding of the body which helps her to better understand each client’s unique need. Laura is excited to bring collective healing and support to Loon Holistic Health and the Greater Community. As life-long practitioner of Hatha Yoga in the Himalayan tradition, Laura benefits from three generations of yogic study and received her 200-hour teacher-training certification through CorePower Yoga Minneapolis in 2007. Laura began teaching NIA, a moving meditation practice combining dance, martial arts and healing arts in 2021 after completing both her White & Green Belt trainings. She’s also a certified Menopause Support Coach whose classes, workshops and 1 to 1 coaching focus on helping women build physical strength, expand mindset and explore inner spirit. Laura has a deep desire to move people to discover their truest potential and empower them to live life with more pleasure and joy. Christine has been working in the medical field for almost 30 years. As a self-proclaimed science nerd, she obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Chemistry and Pre-med from the University of Minnesota. With a desire to spark young scientific minds, she received her Master’s Degree in Education from St. Kate’s. Christine is a voracious student of alternative healing practices. She applied her learnings to heal herself from a life-threatening illness. Her passion for all things wellness led to completing coursework to become a Health Coach and a Certified Reiki I & II Practitioner.

Dawn started her career as a therapist after receiving her first master’s degree from Hazelden Graduate School. She worked for seven years treating men, women, and youth with addiction and mental health issues at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, Pride Institute, and Lino Lake Prison. During that time she yearned for a medical system that incorporates natural healing and received her second Master’s Degree in Chinese Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2016. During her career as an acupuncturist, she has had success treating hundreds of patients with complex medical issues.

She is board certified and licensed by the Minnesota State Medical Board.
